Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes; we kindly ask you to provide a physical address. Lumos do not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels or other temporary locations.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed.
All shipping costs are £3.50.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may vary due to the high volume of orders.
Lumos only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.
Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. We kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact customersupport@lumos-hair.com once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.
